Team Training Programs

Team training programs
Four programs. Agendas are built and tested; the industry examples change, the structure does not.
Training scales where a workshop cannot. A single virtual session reaches 250 people at a per-person cost below what most organizations pay for one seat at an external course. Where a workforce needs capability rather than a leadership group needing decisions, this is the cheaper and better format.
The programs
1. Use AI: From Strategy to Execution
Advanced frameworks for teams.
The gap in most organizations is not access to AI tools; it is the absence of a method for deciding what to apply where. This program gives teams the frameworks that connect an organizational strategy to the work that actually changes on Monday: where to apply AI, in what order, how to judge whether it worked, and what to stop doing manually.
Built for teams that have already started and cannot tell whether they are making progress.
Available: 60 min, 90 min, 120 min, half day, full day. Virtual or in person.
2. Private AI for Regulated Industries
Running your own models inside compliance boundaries.
For financial services, healthcare, insurance, legal and public sector organizations that cannot route sensitive data through external services. Covers self-hosted and local model deployment, agentic tooling in controlled environments, what is technically achievable in-house, and where the regulatory boundaries actually sit.
This program requires a scoping call before it is quoted, because what is possible depends on your environment. It is delivered in person, half day or full day only. Your organization’s own security and governance approvals apply to anything deployed afterward.
Available: half day, full day. In person.
3. AI Skills for Professionals

What, why, how, where.
Role-specific applied training. Participants leave able to do specific things they could not do that morning, in their own tools, on their own work. Content is adapted by function; finance, operations, HR, legal, clinical, technical.
Built for organizations moving a whole professional population rather than a pilot group.
Available: 60 min, 90 min, 120 min, half day, full day. Virtual or in person.
4. AI for the C-Suite
Applying AI across the organization and building the strategy behind it.
For executive groups that have to approve spend, set direction, and answer to a board. Covers what is deploying successfully across sectors, what the credible cost and timeline picture looks like, the governance questions that arrive with it, and how to construct a strategy that survives contact with the operating plan.
Available: 90 min, 120 min, half day, full day. Virtual or in person.

Formats and delivery
| Duration | Virtual | In person |
|---|---|---|
| 60 minutes | Available | Available |
| 90 minutes | Available | Available |
| 120 minutes | Available | Available |
| Half day | Available | Available |
| Full day | Available | Available |
Groups up to 250. Virtual programs start at $25,000; in-person programs start at $28,000. Private AI for Regulated Industries is in person only, half day or full day.
Multiple cohorts
Most organizations do not have one group that needs training; they have six, across regions and time zones.
Additional cohorts of the same program, booked at the same time, are quoted at a reduced rate. This is usually the most efficient way to buy: one agreement, one build, delivery scheduled across your calendar rather than negotiated session by session.

Common questions
- How many people can attend?
- Up to 250. Above that, the format is quoted separately.
- Is the content customized?
- The structure is fixed; the examples, sectors and role applications are adapted to your organization. This is what keeps the fee below a facilitated workshop.
- What is the difference between this and a workshop?
- Training builds capability across a group. A workshop produces decisions from a leadership team, is capped at 25, and includes a diagnostic. Different jobs, different prices.
- Can we record it?
- For virtual delivery, recording for internal use within your organization can be agreed in advance. Redistribution outside the organization is not included.
- Do participants get materials?
- Yes. Each program includes a participant reference document.
- What lead time is needed?
- Two to three weeks for standard programs. Private AI for Regulated Industries needs longer because of the scoping call and your internal approvals.
