Programs
Two formats, built for different jobs.
A workshop is facilitated. The room is capped at 25 because the format depends on senior people saying things they would not say in a larger room. It opens with the organization's own diagnostic score and closes with a one-page decision document: what is being done, who owns it, in what ninety days, and what is being dropped.
Training is instructional. The agenda is pre-built, the content is tested, and it scales to 250 people. It is designed to move capability across a workforce, not to resolve a leadership disagreement.
Most organizations buy one. Some buy both, in that order.

What is fixed in both
Every engagement includes a scoping call before anything is quoted. Every session is built on evidence from deployments rather than prediction. Every session states what it will not do.

- Can a workshop run for more than 25 people?
- Above 25 the facilitated format changes shape and is quoted separately. Above 40 it is not offered; that room needs a training program or a keynote, not a facilitated session.
- What is the Future Readiness Score?
- The Future Readiness Score, a diagnostic created by Ian Khan and benchmarked across more than 500 organizations in over 40 industries. It is run two to three weeks before a workshop so the room opens with its own number.
- What does the assessment measure?
- The Future Readiness Score maps organizational readiness, including how decisions move, where they stall, and what leaders should prioritize next.
- Can an internal facilitator run these?
- For training content, often yes, and internal delivery has real advantages. For the workshop format, usually no. Senior people do not describe a failed program in front of someone who reports into the same organization and will be in the room again next quarter. External position is the mechanism, not a formality.
- Are these bookable through a speakers bureau?
- Yes. Workshops and training can be contracted directly or through a bureau.
